The browser runs the same application as the desktop build. Model state and tool calls go over the wire — never a video stream of a machine in a data centre — so the geometry kernel and the full engineering toolchain stay intact instead of being reduced to fit a web page.

Open a supplier's file, not only your own

Chudware opens STEP, IGES, and BREP solids, STL, OBJ, PLY, and glTF meshes, and DXF for 2D profiles. It writes STEP, IGES, BREP, STL, OBJ, PLY, and glTF back out.

The native .step+ document is a container: a neutral STEP body stored alongside the parametric tree. Any CAD system can open the STEP inside it, so an editable design is never trapped in a format only Chudware can read.

Live from the feature tree

A parametric rebuild, replayed in front of you.

Every Chudware model is an ordered feature history — sketches, extrusions, fillets, holes — that can be edited and rebuilt deterministically. Watch one re-execute: the same operation stream the FeatureManager drives in the product, rendered here as an exact boolean field.

Run linear static stress, modal, and thermal studies against the same feature tree you modeled, with error-driven adaptive mesh refinement and a second, independent mesher available to check whether a result is a property of the part or of the mesh.
