Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Chudware accounts, websites, hosted workspaces, AI capacity, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The desktop software is also governed by the EULA.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and provider keys, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.

3. Trial and subscriptions

The trial lasts 14 consecutive days and does not require a payment card. Any active prices, plan capabilities, renewal terms, and storage limits are presented during checkout or the sales process before purchase. Taxes may be added where required. Cancel before renewal to prevent the next charge; access continues through the paid period unless the account is suspended for misuse.

4. Education pricing

Eligible .edu accounts may be offered designated education pricing when it is available. Eligibility is personal to the verified account, may be rechecked, and may not be resold or transferred. Exact terms are shown before purchase.

5. Copilot credits and provider keys

Credits meter use of Chudware-managed AI capacity. Credit packs are non-refundable and non-transferable, are not cash or stored value, and may be used only with the purchasing account. Estimated cost must fit the available balance before managed work begins; actual usage is deducted in credits. When you use your own provider key, that provider's terms and charges apply and Chudware does not deduct credits for that work.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of your designs, project files, prompts, and other content. You grant Chudware only the limited rights needed to host, transmit, back up, and process content to provide the Services at your direction. You are responsible for having rights to content you upload and for maintaining appropriate exports and backups.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to violate law or third-party rights, compromise another account or system, evade usage controls, distribute malware, or operate physical equipment without appropriate human authorization and safety controls. We may suspend access needed to protect users, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

8. Engineering responsibility

Chudware assists with design and manufacturing work but does not certify a design, analysis, toolpath, machine setup, or physical product. You are responsible for professional review, testing, regulatory compliance, backups, and safe operation. AI output may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed before reliance.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features may change to improve safety, security, or the product. Material pricing or term changes will be posted before they take effect; they do not retroactively change an already-paid subscription period.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” without implied warranties. Chudware is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, production, data, or business opportunity. Chudware's aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as permitted.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or nonpayment. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits—remain effective.
