Try before paying

Chudware includes a 14-day trial with no payment card required. Use the trial to check platform compatibility and product fit before starting a subscription.

Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the current paid period. Except where law requires otherwise, subscription charges are non-refundable after the paid period begins because access is made available immediately.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged twice, charged after a timely cancellation, or charged an incorrect amount, contact [email protected] within 30 days. Include the account email, invoice number, and charge date—never send card numbers or provider keys.

Copilot credit packs

Credit packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits are account-bound usage units, not cash or stored value. Managed work will not begin when the estimated cost exceeds the available balance. Bring-your-own-key requests do not use Chudware credits.

Required consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or statutory warranty rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. When such law applies, it controls over the conflicting part of this policy.
